Odin was born in Hibbing, Minnesota
June 13, 1913
(Yes, it was a Friday)
Odin passed away Sunday evening, July 14th, 2013at 7:14 pm. He made it
to 100 and probably said "OK, I did that, see you later". He passed
peacefully and painlessly.
The funeral
service was at his church in Hibbing, Our Savior's Lutheran on
Saturday, on July 20, 2014, exactly 100 years from the day he was baptized in the same church. Burial was at the Maple Hill Cemetery next to his wife and grandson, Tyler Odin Johnson.
